چکیده

At the manufacturing plant or while products are being transferred from one supply layer to another, there is a considerable possibility of receiving damaged faulty items mixed in with non-defective commodities. This research focuses on and defective that shipped retailers by their suppliers. The retailer reworks make them non-defective, receives discount cost purchasing items. presented inventory system addresses uncertainty costs also considers deterioration prioritized maximum product life. In this study, our aim minimize total when demand rate as function quality power pattern time under crisp generalized triangular neutrosophic environments. Based payment deal, interest charges imposed only delay has passed particular allowable limit. number, which provides three different types membership functions representing truth, hesitation, falseness, used model handle pattern’s uncertainty. A particle swarm optimization approach analyze proposed model, results validated using numerical example sensitivity analysis for various parameters.

Inventory Model with Exponential Time- Dependent Demand Rate, Variable Deterioration, Shortages and Production Cost

In the past few decade researches have developed their EOQ models under constant deterioration and constant demand. However, it is not true in actual practice. In this paper, we have established inventory model with exponential time-dependent demand and timedependent time-dependent deterioration. Shortages are allowed. The demand rate and unit production cost both are considered as proportional...

Inventory models with ramp type demand rate, time dependent deterioration rate, unit production cost and shortages

Manna and Chaudhuri (Eur. J. Oper. Res. 171(2):557–566, 2006) presented a production-inventory system for deteriorating items with demand rate being a linearly ramp type function of time and production rate being proportional to the demand rate. The two models without shortages and with shortages were discussed. Both models were studied assuming that the time point at which the demand is stabil...

An inventory model for deteriorating items with time-dependent demand and time-varying holding cost under partial backlogging

In this paper, we considered a deterministic inventory model with time-dependent demand and time-varying holding cost where deterioration is time proportional. The model considered here allows for shortages, and the demand is partially backlogged. The model is solved analytically by minimizing the total inventory cost. The result is illustrated with numerical example for the model. The model ca...

A Finite Horizon Inventory Model with Life Time, Power Demand Pattern and Lost Sales

In this paper, the authors attempted to develop a deterministic inventory model for deteriorating item under a very realistic and practical demand rate which depends upon power of time (Power demand pattern). Also in this study we consider that the item deteriorate after a fixed time period called life time and taking incremental holding cost. Effect of partial backlogging also taken in account...

Inventory Model with Different Deterioration Rates with Stock and Price Dependent Demand under Time Varying Holding Cost

An inventory model for deteriorating items with stock and price dependent demand is developed. Holding cost is considered as function of time. Shortages are not allowed. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the model and sensitivity analysis is also carried out for parameters.
